1 rotisserie chicken
2 tablespoons olive oil

3 carrots, peeled and sliced

1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cups low carb noodles (like zucchini noodles or shirataki noodles)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Chicken: Remove the meat from the rotisserie chicken and shred it. Set aside.
