Instructions:


Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.


In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, shredded coconut, ground flaxseed, and chia seeds.


In a separate bowl, mix together the almond butter, unsweetened applesauce, melted coconut oil, maple syrup or honey (if using), vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt. Stir until everything is well combined and smooth.
