Ingredients:


  1. 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

  2. 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

  4. 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese, softened

  5. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  6. 2 cloves garlic, minced

  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  10. 1/4 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese

Instructions:


  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, spinach, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

  3. Transfer to Baking Dish: Once everything is well combined, transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

  4. Add Mozzarella: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
